Management software for used-car dealers
Behind every purchase there’s a decision. Behind every sale, a team. And behind every business, someone carrying the risk of making it all work. We know, because we’ve been there. That’s why we built Navevo.
You know it when a car has been sitting too long, when reconditioning costs more than planned, or when the margin is gone before you’ve handed over the keys. Buying well takes information, experience and judgement. Navevo was built to help you bring them together before you decide.
Every day in stock counts. Every cost changes the outcome. And every pricing decision can make the difference between a good deal and a missed opportunity. Navevo helps you see what’s happening with each vehicle and how it affects your business as a whole: days in stock, true cost and margin excluding VAT, under REBU (Spain’s margin scheme) or the standard regime, calculated the way your accountant does.
It starts long before you buy and ends when you know its real result. In between, buying, reconditioning, admin, sales and management all play their part. When information isn’t connected, each department only sees part of the story. Navevo sets out to bring it together. Here’s the life of an ordinary car.
Eight cars a month at a 15% margin on cost. That target sets how much you can pay on every purchase and what you’ll measure the month against.
From the car’s condition, its costs and market references, Navevo works out how much you can pay: €24,010. You buy it for €23,700 and go into the signing knowing it fits your target.
It’s been on your forecourt for 21 days. With workshop and preparation, its true cost is already €24,800: at its asking price it would leave you €4,020 excluding VAT. What happens here decides how much margin you take into the sale.
Javier asks about it on Monday. He test-drives it on Thursday, with the agreement signed on the tablet, and reserves it on Saturday. A timely follow-up is a sale that doesn’t slip away.
Sold in 28 days with a €3,780 margin, above what your plan called for. Every car adds to the month’s profit and loss, and what you learn feeds into the next purchase.
For years we’ve bent the way we work to fit our software: entering data, checking screens, hunting for answers and working out for ourselves what needs attention. We believe it’s time to change that relationship. Mova was built to understand the context of your business and help you work differently. Here’s an ordinary day with Mova.
Where we’re headingYou don’t need to keep an eye on Navevo. Navevo keeps an eye on your business.
Checks your stock, customers, diary and plan before answering, using your own numbers.
Which cars need attention, which customers are waiting for an answer and how you’re tracking against plan, whenever you ask.
Today it answers and prepares the work when you ask. We’re working on having it alert you on its own initiative too.
It proposes appointments, follow-ups or price changes, and nothing is applied without your confirmation. By voice or in writing.
When you’re buying, selling, looking after customers and keeping an eye on the numbers, there’s never time to spare. You need to know where you’re making money, where you’re taking risks and what deserves your attention, without losing the morning between screens.
Buying, sales, admin and management need to work from the same reality. Because when information arrives late or incomplete, the problems end up showing in the margin, in customer service and in the results.
The bigger the organisation, the harder it is to keep a clear view. You need to delegate without losing perspective, compare results and understand what’s happening in each company without relying on reports put together by hand.
You tell us how you work, what worries you and what you’d like to improve. We show you Navevo with situations like yours.
Together we set up your stock, your companies and your team’s roles, starting from how you work today.
Your team uses Navevo day to day, and we’re close at hand to answer questions and fine-tune whatever’s needed.
Together we review what happened against the goals we set at the start. The decision to continue is yours.
“After more than twenty years in this trade, I’ve learned that the hardest problems aren’t always in selling a car. They’re in everything that happens before and after: the decisions, the costs, the people and the responsibility of making the business work. Navevo was born from that experience and from one conviction: technology should take worries off our plate, not add to our workload.”
Navevo is management software for used-car dealers and dealerships in Spain. It brings together in one tool vehicle appraisal from a video, stock with the true margin of each car excluding VAT, customers and their follow-ups, signed test drives, the diary, DGT vehicle reports and a profit and loss account that compares actual figures with your plan every month. It includes Mova, an AI assistant that knows your business data.
For independent used-car dealers and dealerships with a used-car department, especially in the premium segment. It works for businesses with one or several companies and for teams with different roles: administration, management, sales and logistics.
You film a walk-around of the car with your phone, about 40 seconds long. Photos work too. Navevo picks the sharpest frames, suggests the vehicle details it can read (the number plate or the mileage, if clearly visible) and flags visible damage with its severity; anything doubtful is left to be checked in person. The cost of each repair is based on the rates you set. It then looks for similar cars advertised for sale and calculates the maximum buying price that meets your plan’s margin, with VAT under REBU (Spain’s margin scheme) already deducted. You review and adjust everything before deciding. At the end you can give the seller a PDF appraisal report.
Mova is Navevo’s assistant. It checks your stock, customers, diary, appraisals and plan before answering. For example: “What have I got today?”, “Book a test drive tomorrow at 11 with this customer”, “Which car should I reduce in price?” or “How did the month go against plan?”. It can prepare appointments, follow-ups or price changes, but never changes anything without your confirmation. Today it answers when you ask; we’re working on having it alert you on its own initiative too. You can talk to it or type.
Yes. Each car carries its VAT regime: REBU, Spain’s margin scheme, if it was bought from a private seller, or the standard regime if it was bought on a VAT invoice. Margin is always shown excluding VAT, the way your accountant calculates it, both on each car’s file and in the profit and loss account.
Yes. The full vehicle report from the DGT, Spain’s traffic authority, is ordered with one click from the car’s file or from the appraisal, and the PDF is saved with the vehicle’s documents.
No. Navevo runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and can be installed as an app straight from the browser, with no downloads or updates.
Yes. Stock is imported from an Excel file. During setup we also load your companies and your team’s users.
Each dealer only sees its own data. Access is per user and per role, with two-step verification, and data is hosted on servers in the European Union.
Navevo will be offered as a monthly subscription based on the size of the business; DGT reports are charged separately, per report. We’re in our launch phase: to start, we run a demo with situations like yours and, if it’s a good fit, a supported trial with your own stock. Write to us at info@navevo.es.
Chances are we’ve been through something very similar. We’d like to hear from you, learn how you work and show you what we’re building with Navevo.
